ABOUT
Transformational Impact
HYDRO-LINK will utilize American technologies that deliver high reliability with an extended asset life cycle, and strong operational performance. This approach delivers international best practices, supporting sustainable infrastructure development aligned with priorities in Angola and the DRC.
HYDRO-LINK will address the critical power supply deficit in the south of the DRC by providing access to electricity for the mining sector and other large industrial users, as well as downstream distribution networks that serve smaller residential and commercial consumers in Angola as well as the DRC.
By increasing access to affordable, renewable electricity, HYDRO-LINK will facilitate economic growth, reduce reliance on expensive, polluting diesel generators, and improve reliability for households and small businesses.
